Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Fiddler Everywhere uses the ComSpec environment variable on Windows and expects its default value to be set to the Windows Command Prompt.
Using an alternative shell (set through the ComSpec variable) could cause issues with Fiddler Everywhere startup, login, updates, etc.
Describe the solution you'd like
Safeguard the logic behind the usage of CMD and/or provide means to let users know when the ComSpec variable differs and what implications that could have (warning in both logs and UI).
