[Bug][PDFViewer] Some files are rendered blurry in Chrome (Windows) #2319

Current behavior

Some files are rendered blurry in Chrome (Windows). The problem is not reproducible on Mac, neither on the official PDF.JS demos

Expected behavior

The content should be sharp in all browsers.

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

  1. Go to this demo in Chrome, in Windows - https://www.telerik.com/kendo-react-ui/components/pdfviewer/
  2. Load the attached in ticket 1653666 file
