Current behavior

It is not possible to navigate within the Filter inputs with the keyboard

Expected behavior

The keyboard navigation should not interfere with the key events within the input/filter components

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

1) Open the example https://stackblitz.com/edit/react-rz8ahh?file=app%2Fapp.jsx 2) Enter some numbers in the input and try to move within the input with the keyboard

This is considered a bug, since prior to 8.2.0, the Filter component didn't have any keyboard navigation. For reference: https://www.telerik.com/kendo-react-ui/components/changelogs/ui-for-react/#v8.2.0
