Inconsistent header font size in DateInputs #350

Calendar's and TimePicker's headers should have consistent font size and color:

.k-calendar th {
...
    font-size: $font-size-sm;
...
}

header color: $header-text

The issue has been fixed and is available in the development builds of the themе.
