Inputs' placeholder is not visible in Edge browser #353

The issue affects the placeholders of AutoComplete, ComboBox, NumericTextBox, MaskedTextBox, DatePicker and TimePicker

  1. Go to http://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/combobox/index in Edge
  2. Choose Bootstrap v4
  3. Delete the selected items from the ComboBoxes

Not reproducible with R3 2018 (2018.3.911)
