Card Theme Colors Not Compatible with Dark Swatches

Describe the bug

The Card Title text color is not readable when predefined theme colors are used together with a dark theme swatch.

Expected behavior

The Card Title text color should be readable at all times.

The card need revision on that. Have in mind, that the first iteration of cards was for Conversational UI and was more of a technology preview, than a real component. As such, themed cards were not really well thought out.

The theme colors of the Card have been revised recently from the design team, and according to the new guidelines, we should move towards deprecating them, as it does not make any sense for the Card as a component to have pre-defined theme colors.
