Column borders are not visible when you hover a row in the Gantt Timeline

Describe the bug When you hover a row in the Gantt Timeline, the column borders are not visible.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open this example - https://dojo.telerik.com/AVepEcEH
2. Hover a row in the Gantt.

Expected behavior The column borders should be visible when hovering the row
