When tabbing checkboxes in Grid with frozen columns, the panes do not scroll #3175

Bug report

As you traverse down the checkboxes the rows in the frozen column will start to scroll but the other rows remain static causing major synchronization issues between the two tables.

Reproduction of the problem

Expected/desired behavior

All columns should scroll

Environment

Kendo UI version: 2017.1.223
jQuery version: 1.12.3
Browser: all
