ImageEditor's crop area exceeds image boundaries when aspect ratio is locked #6339

Bug report

ImageEditor's crop area exceeds image boundaries when the aspect ratio is locked.

Reproduction of the problem

  1. Go to https://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/imageeditor/index
  2. Click on Crop tool
  3. Decrease the crop area size to 1/4 through the top left resize handle.
  4. Place the area close to the bottom right corner of the image:

  1. Increase the height of the crop area through the bottom middle handle

Current behavior

The left part of the image appears on the right side of the crop area appended to the image image

Expected/desired behavior

The locked aspect ratio does not allow dragging further down the bottom handle when the right side of the crop area reaches the right border of the image.

Environment

A very similar scenario reported in TicketID: 1624390 where the cropping area goes out of the image area. Check this video
