The intended workflow is as follows:

$ appbuilder provision
Your proxy requires a username and password. You can run
        appbuilder proxy set <hostname> <port> <username> <password>
In order to supply appbuilder with the credentials needed.
$ appbuilder proxy set 127.0.0.1 8888 user pass
Sucessfully setup proxy.
$ appbuilder provision
1. Provision 1
2. Provision 2

Apart from setting proxy data a user can get and clear it
