Describe the bug On Sonoma j/k scrolling the page, but arrow-up/arrow-down not

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open any site with Vimari enabled
  2. Hit "arrow-down" key
  3. Nothing happens

Expected behavior Page should be scrolled line-by-line similar to how it does when pressing j/k.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

Not sure what was happening (Safari upgrade to 17.3.1?), but now everything just works.
