0.44 no graphs and correct HTML output

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using svn version

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No graphs are shown. In IExplore it askes to save the page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.44

Please provide any additional information below.

When I run the SVN version I get an output but no images are made.
Running on command line it produces a HTML page but in IExplorer it asjes
to save a page in firefox it shows the HTML Page.

My Config
