InflationData query type #136

This pull request removes the TruflationCPI query type in favor of a more generally applicable InflationData query type. The InflationData query type can be used for most inflation data that a user could need.

Looking forward to discussion and comments about exactly how this should be done. 🙏

I like it! Maybe I don't know enough about inflation metrics, but those four args seem like they would cover many possible number requests under one roof.
