hi i want to create an Oracle that provides Death information so i can code a Life insurance Smart contract. I want to do in testnet so for now i just wanted to send some dummy Identity like SSN or passport number as alive or dead. This is just for a test project.

not sure for testnet you allow any query types to be created on our own and this process is for mainnet.

Yeah you can submit for anything! So no need to get it finalized or anything. I think you get the issue would just be how to verify it, but submit all you want!
