Tellor contracts are already deployed on BOB, so no worries there. And, I like this use case for tellor!
Will try to come up with an example report / draft dataSpec for queries that are encoded as you requested: Event Id: , Event Desc:, Outcome:, but for now:

So the idea is we need an oracle for real life event verification, data could be gathered from News sources. Example of Events would be, Did France win Gold in Swimming Olympics etc etc. The use case of this for a betting Dapp. Another Important thing is we need this on the BOB chain
