Updated catalog #18

Catalog re-exported from pytelliot.

The ABI used for encoding parameters is now included for each catalog entry.
Includes new Vesq and Aws queries
OHM SpotPrice changed to ABI encoding
LegacyQuery now uses ABI encoding

To re-generate the 'catalog.md` readme file from Pytelliot, run the following script:

https://github.com/tellor-io/telliot-core/blob/main/scripts/export_query_catalog.py

This can be done any time a new query is created.
