Add updated Morphware query type #37

@darshanraju can you review and provide the links to Morphware docs which will contain more detailed descriptions of each version's expected query response (what reporters will report), dispute considerations, and potential data sources? I'm happy to help with these

Hey, I'll be happy to take a stab at this first and then reach out if I need help. I've got an answer to most of these questions. However to best provide this information, I couldn't find the DivaProtocol dataSpec you recommended. So if there are any other dataSpec examples that you can provide that I can use as a template to frame these answers, that would be awesome. I just want any documents I write to be as articulate as possible for Tellor miners.
