AMPL price should probably use a custom query type (not SpotPrice) since it's a unique specification as determined by Ampleforth
USPCE needs a query type as well. Would it be USPCE-specific? Or maybe a more general query type for bea or fred data?

Can they be named AMPLUSDVWAP.md and USPCE.md?
