Telliot Issue with Flashbots #751

Telliot has issues when using Flashbots to send a report.

Even when setting the profitability to low (ie 50%) there are errors where the bundle gets sent to miners in block xyz but then 'bundle was not executed: Transaction with hash: 'xyz' was not found'

It then waits for the amount of time set before going again and again and again. Eventually a smart contract takes the profit and the profitability reverts and starts again.

I have tried removing the Flashbots requirement but i get frontrun more often than not
