Summary

Adds connections and feeds for reporting on new Testnets and Mainnets:

Polygon Amoy Testnet
Optimism Sepolia Testnet
Arbitrum Sepolia Testnet
Mantle Sepolia Testnet
Base Sepolia Testnet
Fraxtal Testnet
Kyoto Testnet
Skale Eruopa Testnet
Linea Sepolia Testnet
ZkSync Era Testnet
ZkSync Era Mainnet
Fraxtal Mainnet

Steps Taken to QA Changes

All changes have been tested locally. Staking and reporting has been performed using this branch on all new networks.
