Updates for wiki - where to discuss #264

I have an update for the wiki related to adding telly to plex. Basically, there is a simple hack to add multiple telly instances to plex with separate EPGs.

I believe this solution provides a possible solve for EPGs having to be refreshed.

Where can I discuss this before adding to the Wiki?
