Empty refund error message #655

Overview

While waiting for the refund to be available, clicking the refund button generates an empty error.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Sign in with an account that has staked resources
  2. Go to your wallet
  3. Click on Resources
  4. Unstake any amount of CPU and/or NET
  5. Go to the refund tab
  6. Verify that the period of unstaking is still happening
  7. Click refund
Current behavior

Empty error message shows

Expected behavior

Error message indicates that there is nothing available to refund

Preferred alternative: Disable the refund button while there is nothing refundable
