Fixes #709

Description

Include network on route.

Include a reactive state for route data to be able to listen URL changes
Refactor on hyperion API to get current chain instead of the one retrieved on the APP launch
Watching route data to update TransactionsTable, Network page, PriceChart
Watching route data on MainLayout to live update Theme without the necessity of reload all application
