Homepage price should have extra decimal when necessary

Describe the bug For example TLOS price is currently $0.065 but price on the homepage shows $.06. The extra decimal would be an improvement in this case.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Go to homepage and check the price for TLOS

Expected behavior An extra decimal
