Add two links requested by the TF to be added to the bridge navbar: Faucet: linking to https://stakely.io/en/faucet/telos-evm-tlos TLOS Bridge: linking to https://dapp.ptokens.io/#/swap?asset=tlos&from=eth&to=telos
