/v2/health endpoint no longer works on 1.5 #91

When we moved to 1.5 and switched out indexers, seems the /v2/health endpoint broke, this was reported by "It" node operator.

We should try to fix it and also provide a tevmc status command to query it from cmdline.

Would be cool if we also support eth_syncing api on 1.5
