Include French translation

After we have internationalization in place, we would like to expand the languages of telos wallet.

Acceptance criteria

• All existing english texts should be translated to french

@karynemayer main user languages to look at in sequence of known demographics:

English French Portuguese Turkish Russian German Spanish Chinese (simplified Mandarin)

First up would be French / Portuguese which we could manage within the team as it stands.
