Sushiswap explorer links

Describe the bug Sushiswap has incorrect explorer links and explorer transaction endpoint. Update explorer to Teloscan, and /transaction/ explorer endpoint to /tx/.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to sushiswap
2. Complete transaction
3. See and click explorer link to view transaction
4. See 404

Expected behavior Should redirect to Teloscan to view transaction
