Add filter to Address Page Transactions table

Add filter select with:

• View completed transactions
• View failed transactions
• View outgoing transactions
• View incoming transactions
• View contract creation

Summary:

This component should allow the user to filter the transactions viewed for a specific address to view completed, failed, outgoing, incoming transactions or contract creation transactions.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Add filter select with options for:
  • View completed transactions
  • View failed transactions
  • View outgoing transactions
  • View incoming transactions
  • View contract creation
• Apply filter updates transaction list in real-time
