#716 | display amounts with customizable amount of decimals

Description

This PR incorporates a new ValueField component to display any token value with or without the symbol. This component has two modes and is shared across all instances. One is static, which always shows 4 digits for all values, and then the dynamic which shows the least decimals needed to display up to 4 digits of precision.
