failovermic plugin, when enabled will not function correctly. failover files are not created and never copy across to the mediapackage.
this is due to a bug in where a dispatcher signal is missing from the recorder. this signal needs to be introduced at the correct place and it also needs to pass the current mediapackage as an argument.
changes in newer galicaster versions have moved the code around involving this signal so will need a little work.
