More flexibility for ToggleSwitch button

Problem statement

Currently, the ToggleSwitch button is on the left side of the text. But the feedback of users is that it will be better to have the text on left side (closer to the thumb)

Recommendation

I would like to make it flexible. To have the possibility to use our ToggleSwitch button with interchangeable way, so with the text on the right side and on the left side
