Add additional available size to TDS icons

Please add an additional available size - {32} to the TDS icons: https://tds.telus.com/components/index.html#icons

Current available sizes:

• The size 24 is too small for use on the plans page, see here:

  

• The size 48 is too large and overpowers the text, see here:

@elizabethblasi89 Based on a conversation with @gkychow and @kittybourne we are looking into adding more sizes for icons and providing usage guidelines for each size

Thanks, does that mean that the Core team will create the new icons and then get back to us? Also, please loop in Tim Ulmer on future communications for this, as I am no longer on the project.
