Fixed Lirc config by fixing some values and adding some useful commands. Power On/Off now can be handled better. Maybe this command can also simplify code in some places.

Codes tested with Broadlink RM4 mini on SCPH-70003

Ooh, thanks for this! I'll give it a test some point soon and get it merged in if it works with my PS2 too :-)
