Is there any possibility to specify servers section for the generated documentation?

I don't know if this helps you much at this point, but I am using this in conjunction with combine-swagger so I can put docs for all my services in one place. combine-swagger has support for servers

Any ETA on merging the pull request in issue #43 to enable this support?
