Import format with code #12

Hi,

I need a new format to import hierarchical vocabulary with code. I need an format like Tabulated text, but using an character to insert a code. Like:

South America|SA Argentina|AR Buenos Aires = Bs As Brazil|BR Uruguay|UY

Is possible?
