build and compile steps #14

Could you kindly share the steps for building and compiling the project? For instance, I have installed pg16 and would like to build pg_tier separately.

Thanks @gaoxueyu , Sure, we are working on it. Dependency lists and build steps are in the immediate TODO list.

Hi @gaoxueyu , In the meantime you can try out the steps mentioned in docker file. In case if you stuck, feel free to ask. images/tier-pg/Dockerfile
