assessment and repair information doesnt appear #22

when a fault is reported. the workflow process is fine. the dwo is supposed to 
see details of repairs and assessments. nothing appears, it should have all in 
the info from the 2 forms for the problem. i.e. assessment and repair form.

This seems to with the recent database changes.Faults are not saved.
