message to HPM when problem not fixed #33

when a mechanic assess a fault and indicates that problem wasnt fixed, he gets 
an sms. message reads you have ticket to work on. pleas download items on you 
phone.

this has 2 problems
1) spelling errors
2) wrong message

please ammend to read
"You will need to complete the repair form once repairs have been done. select 
available work on your phone"

This is a message in the in the .yawl file. It van be fixed in the workflow.
