When assessment is done, the field problem gives the value "assessment all the
time". It is not picking the right values.
When repairs are done, the information doesnt appear anywhere. Repair
information which should contain the following
1) Type of fault
2) repairs done? yes/no
3) why not done?
4) details of Repairs done
5) date of repair
6) name of HPM
7) Cost of labor
8) Cost of Materials
9) Comment on fault.
