This is an enhancement request split out from issue 26 ("Image import and other 
desirable features").

It would be great to be able to add normal text to pages, in editable text 
boxes.

This would be most useful both for pasting text from elsewhere and annotating 
or editing it, or for writing text using the tablet keyboard attachments.
