Problem connection d3100 #79

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Do not work with my d3100 and my htc one sv nevertheless my phones is compatible

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

htc one sv version 4.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.

I tried several times by uninstalling and re installing(settling) this 
application that does not work my htc is to rooter

Do the HTC One SV has the required USB host function?
Not sure if the SV and S are same but please check this post:
