AA and/or NestDAO Controlling Interest in funded project DAOs #12

Upon funding approval the AA will create a DAO for the project.

AA will have super voting shares in the DAO that control all permissions. (separate token)

The nest lead, Aragon community members with domain expertise, and project team members responsible for building the project will be added to the DAO as members (separate token)

AA will send payouts to the DAO to be distributed between contributors to the project.

At any time, AA will be able to reclaim funds and/or on or off board members at any time. This way if a Nest lead, Aragon community member, or project team member is not pulling their weight they can be replaced. In the event of project failure or abandonment AA can reclaim all funds.

In order to move funds within the project (child) DAO, a 2/3 multisig of the Nest lead, trusted Aragon community member, and Nest project team need to sign off on transfers. This prevents nest project teams from taking the money without doing work.
