As we discussed - add a test, which cover multiple Set-Cookie headers case in HTTP2 version

Also can you add version of this test with using cache for http1 and http2. Please, verify correctness of set-cookie received from cache, it must not be joined by ","

Same test for http1 already implemented in BackendSetCoookie
