Add Docker Compose backend #552

This PR attempted to solve https://github.com/tempesta-tech/tempesta-test/issues/507, but it was not possible with docker compose and current LXC-centered website installation.

Docker Compose backend, fully working, can be used for future tests:

modern client/server software, all possible docker images
complicated software setups including several services chained together
