Tests for issue https://github.com/tempesta-tech/tempesta/issues/2156 . This test doesn't expose the problem, but I think it's worth testing one more ciphersuite

Well, we have tests for supported and not supported ECs and any real certificate comes in a chain (we never have certificates from CA), so our website tests this. Just don't want to spend more time on the test and also didn't create an issue for testing - the task seems don't make much sense...
