test_health_monitor produces a server crash. #687

Test t_health_monitoring.test_health_monitor.H2HmResponsesPipelined make the SUT server crashed.

To have more detail about the crash we need to extra configuration in the server (the work is in progress). After everything is configured, I will update the issue by doing an investigation.

Check with remote setup - the problem has gone. Created a PR to enable the test. Closing.
