The pluginUntilBuild was removed but that removed support for 233 because the pluginSinceBuild was not updated.

Sorry, for breaking compatibility, I wanted to allow compatibility with 232 and newer, but clearly messed up somewhere.

I've hopefully fixed this now, just waiting for it to be approved on the marketplace.
