`templateflow` on `conda-forge` #134

A package I help maintain, junifer's 0.0.4 version depends on templateflow and its earlier versions already exist on conda-forge. Building the https://github.com/conda-forge/junifer-feedstock/pull/2 for junifer 0.0.4 fails due to unavailability of templateflow on official conda and conda-forge channels. I can open a PR on conda-forge and be a co-maintainer of the recipe (or not if not required) to speed things up.
