Drop Python 3.6 ? #74

It EOLs in 3 months and 3 weeks (23 Dec 2021)... But overall, is there a specific feature of 3.7 you would like start using? Just curious for motivation

None, I guess we could drop just the packaging tests and wait for the EOL to come.
